Adoption

Our office represents individuals, step-parents, foster parents and grandparents with adoptions. We look forward to assisting you in the adoption journey, including the filing of the Petition and assisting with the home study required by Texas law. Our office has represented foster parents on multiple occasions as part of National Adoption Day, where judges provide teddy bears for the newly adopted children. We routinely represent step-parents who wish to adopt. Our office has found that working with a client in the adoption journey can be one of the most rewarding parts of the practice of law.
