Jim has been representing insurance companies and businesses for over twenty-five years in civil litigation. He has successfully handled cases in state and federal court all over the State of Texas. He has aggressively represented clients in trucking and automobile lawsuits, many with serious injuries. He has also represented small and large companies in business disputes. Jim was a partner for over ten years at a large downtown Dallas litigation and insurance defense law firm, and he brought his years of experience in litigation with him when he opened Harrison Law Firm in 2006.
