Family Violence

Our office has represented spouses, parents, and children in cases involving domestic violence and abuse. We have obtained immediate assistance from the Court when needed, and we have tried domestic violence cases to successful conclusions. A domestic violence incident, or simply the threat of violence, requires immediate and aggressive attention and legal representation. The health and safety of you and your children are paramount. Our office will walk you through your options, which include filing a Motion for Protective Order and seeking immediate assistance from the Court.
